Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order(s) you have received, you are more than welcome to exchange it/them within 30 days. Purchased items will not be able to be returned if worn and washed or are damaged in any way by the customer. When returning or exchanging the item(s) purchased, please include your receipt, your contact info, the method of exchange, and a note indicating the problem or reason for your return/exchange.
For your contact info you must include your name, address, phone number, and e-mail. This will allow us to contact you regarding the return, if necessary. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for a full refund, exchange, or online-store credit towards another Survive purchase. Please take into consideration that we do not reimburse any additional shipping costs that may incur when exchanging or returning item(s).

2. State your reason(s) for the given return/exchange
3. Include all your contact info: name, address, phone number, and e-mail
4. Let us reply, and give it a good-to-go status
Where is Survive based?
We are located in Queensland Australia, in a fun little area called Burleigh Heads. All our orders are handled, packaged and shipped with special care right here from our little home base operation.
What shirts do you print on?
We proudly print on super soft 100% cotton, pre-shrunk, AS Colour tees.
